Happy Birthday, my husband...♥

I've just awake in the middle of the night... hm, no.. it just passed the time I've planned to wake you up this very early morning...
[00.00]
I thought to take the surprise cake that I've prepared from the day before. But when I saw your face...you really have a tightly sleep...
So peaceful.
I can't stand of my heart to let you to sleep
I decided to let you sleep till the morning come... so, you can have an enough rest. Because I knew that tomorrow you are still have many tasks to do on your work...

Today,
It's August 21th 2014
You are turning to fourty years old
I have so many wishes for you and I'm sure that Allah will approve all the wishes.
I really sure.

I see your face on your slept, I' ve just realize that I love you.
It's not because I choose you for me to live with but Allah did.

I Feel nothing's different that caused by the distance of the age.
Because all the human is same on Allah's sight.
But the fact is nobody's perfect
You and me... no matter our differences. We're just have to make a deal with our each imperfection because each of us also have our own book life. I saved our each personal memories and experiencea.
My book and your book.
But since our wedding vow, no more them...
We will create our book. A brand new book.
That we write it together.
About our stories and new memories...
For being a part of me and so do I as a part of you.

I Hope to accompany you for the rest of my life...

Growing old together
With our children-to-be.
Because, I really love you for the sake of Allah...

Happy Birthday, my husband...♥

Travelling Pregnant Tips

Travel in pregnancy

Some women prefer not to travel in the first 12 weeks of pregnancy because of nausea and feeling very tired during these early stages. The risk of miscarriage  is also higher in the first three months, whether you're travelling or not.

Travelling in the final months of pregnancy can be tiring and uncomfortable. So, many women find the best time to travel or take a holiday is in mid-pregnancy, between four and six months.

Here are some general tips to ensure you and your baby stay healthy during your travels.

1. Flying in pregnancy

Flying is not harmful to you or your baby, but discuss any health issues or pregnancy complications with your midwife or doctor before you fly.

The likelihood of going into labour is naturally higher after 37 weeks  (around 34 weeks if you're carrying twins), and some airlines will not let you fly towards the end of your pregnancy. Check with the airline for their policy on this.

After week 28 of pregnancy, the airline may ask for a letter from your doctor or midwife confirming your due date, and that you aren't at risk of complications.

Long-distance travel (longer than five hours) carries a small risk of blood clots (deep vein thrombosis, or DVT)  If you fly, drink plenty of water and move about regularly – every 30 minutes or so. You can buy a pair of support stockings in the pharmacy over the counter, which will reduce leg swelling.

2. Car travel in pregnancy

Fatigue and dizziness are common during pregnancy so it’s important on car journeys to drink regularly, eat natural, energy-giving foods (such as fruit and nuts) and stop regularly for a break.

Keep the air circulating in the car and wear your seatbelt with the cross strap between your breasts and the lap strap across your pelvis under your bump, not across your bump.

Road accidents are among the most common causes of injury in pregnant women. Avoid making long trips on your own and share the driving with your companion.

3. Foreign food and drink risks in pregnancy

Take care to avoid food- and water-borne conditions, such as stomach upsets and travellers' diarrhoea  (TD). Some medicines for treating stomach upsets and traveller's diarrhoea aren’t suitable during pregnancy.

Always check if tap water is safe. If in doubt, drink bottled water. If you get ill, keep hydrated and continue eating for the health of your baby, even if you may not be hungry.

4. Being Relax For The Schedule

5. Take Some Rest

6. Never Ignore The Maternity Vitamin and Mineral Water

Amazing Pregnancy

Being pregnant is amazing...

We couldn't describe about the feeling
moreover when the baby inside start to have his kicking, swallowing and another
movements just like one of first communication point between us and him.

A mother-to-be should have ready for any new symptoms along pregnancy
that's depends on each person
I really thankful to Allah SWT who's make everything to be fine.

I passed every step
Although not always good but always as the normal thing

1st trimester.. with the morning sickness, I don't even couldn't imagine how bad the nausea along it.
Being addict by the pills to reduce the nausea every day.
I was so strange in that time because my ups and downs emotional... good and bad mood.
Rejecting some foods and baverages.
That's really not like me.

Now I'm on 2nd trimester..
Everything better when morning sick is only as a past
But I can't control my desire to eat much.
It increased my weight significantly but that's good
I'm happy to know
And my baby is growing well...
by the latest USG, he even move lively
And his kicking is being more each day
I  really happy...

My Baby-to-be's Developments (Part 3)

Alhamdulillah,
Now, he's turning to 21 weeks to 22 weeks...

Hasil USG terakhir menggembirakan, organ - organ vital sudah terbentuk, juga susunan tulangnya, nyaris sempurna. Hanya ukurannya masih mungil....

Sekarang masih terus konsenterasi sama nutrisi dan perkembangan - perkembangan lainnya.
Mulai banyak gerak supaya badan ngga kaku. Bersyukur banget morning sickness udah tinggal kenangan, sekarang nafsu makan malah meningkat.
Berat badan terakhir juga naik 4 kg dalam satu bulan. waaa... rekor baru! ^_^
Padahal seumur - umur ngga pernah ngalamin naik berat badan sedrastis itu.
Tapi ngga apa - apa deh, demi calon anak supaya sehat dan pertumbuhannya baik.
No Diet.

So far, so good sih..
Alhamdulillah...

Ngga bosen - bosen ucap 'Alhamdulillah'.
Hamil ini berkah Allah yang luar biasa.
Minta doanya ya supaya lancar samuanya...

[To be continued...]

Baby Fetal Development From http://www.babycenter.com

See how your baby is growing inside you by clicking on your week, below :

Conception

See what happens inside you during the conception process..

One Month

Your baby is an embryo consisting of two layers of cells from which all her organs and body parts will develop.

Two Months

Your baby is now about the size of a kidney bean and is constantly moving. He has distinct, slightly webbed fingers.

Three Months

By now your baby is about 3 inches long and weighs nearly an ounce. Her tiny, unique fingerprints are now in place.

Four Months

Your baby is now about 5 inches long and weighs 5 ounces. His skeleton is starting to harden from rubbery cartilage to bone.

Five Months

Eyebrows and eyelids are now in place. Your baby would now be more than 10 inches long if you stretched out her legs.

Six Months

Your baby weighs about a pound and a half. His wrinkled skin is starting to smooth out as he puts on baby fat.

Seven Months

By now, your baby weighs about 3 pounds and is more than 15 inches long. She can open and close her eyes and follow a light.

Eight Months

Your baby now weighs about 4 3/4 pounds. His layers of fat are filling him out, making him rounder, and his lungs are well developed.

Nine Months

The average baby is more than 19 inches long and weighs nearly 7 pounds now, but babies vary widely in size at this stage
